Twilight of Empires

The Longfalls are a location in the vicinity of Fort Sinister in the Fallow Marches

To the southwest of Fort Sinister one finds several high volumes streams that simply do not connect to the Castella River. If one is careful, and follows them downstream, you will discover the reason: the Longfalls.

All three streams, and a dozen or so small rivulets, terminate in a half-acre sinkhole less than a mile from the river. The hole appears natural, and is easily a half mile deep. Local lore claims that the waters entering the Longfalls join an underground river flowing north west, towards the Deepmaw.
