+**Tanukigryph**: The sentient version of [[r|Raccogryphs]].  And if a talking, raccoon/crow hybrid wasn't annoying enough, they tend to have low level, subtle, and versatile Trickster magics.  Sometimes known as //Tengugryphs//, generally along clan lines.  It is best to apologize quickly if they take offense to one or the other of the names.
**Tenghuang**: a horse-like creature the size of a Clydesdale, with massive horns emerging from its back just behind the neck, long enough to use as lances.  Vicious and territorial, Tenghuang are a menace in both the Mongrel Clan territories and the Mandarinate east of the Gate of Han.

**Toad, Bile**: A three-foot tall frog-like creature with a fanged maw and only two, hind legs.  Moderately dangerous pack hunters, their true peril is that every fluid in their bodies leaves difficult to clean, nausea-inducing stains.  This includes the fluid they regurgitate at their enemies with frustrating range and accuracy.  The lucrative bounties placed by communities near their nests are //almost// worth the aggravation of hunting them.
+**Toad, Crystal**: A one ton amphibian about the size of a hippopotamus, whose hide is covered with crystalline growths.  Resistant to blunt, slashing, and most elemental attacks, Crystal Toads will, after having absorbed enough damage, will swell up, emit a soothing gas, then blast the area with lightning.  The only upside of this maneuver is that it also stuns the toad.
**Tonberry**: an amphibious goblin subspecies found only in the Crestfallen Sea region.  Extremely xenophobic and isolationist as a culture, Tonberries appear to collectively serve the goddess of vengeance, who they speak of as Ugghileppe.  Their strange holy magic is not to be disrespected at __any__ time.
+**Tractadillo**: Visually an armadillo whose back is __also__ covered with spikes.  They travel and fight primarily by curling up into a wheel shape, and rolling along at highway speeds.  Upon stopping, they can launch a spray of spikes at their foes, which grow back immediately.  The person sized ones are faster than the cottage sized ones.
**Tree-hare**: a cat-sized rodent found in most temperate forest regions.  Tree hares are wood-toned long-eared, fluffy-tailed omnivores resembling [[https://nausicaa.fandom.com/wiki/Teto|Teto]] from //Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind//, or [[https://pokemon.fandom.com/wiki/Eevee?so=search|Eevee]] from //Pokémon//.  Tree-hares are at least as intelligent as squirrels, subsist on insects, fruit, and nuts, and can be tamed.  They easily slip into the "adorable forest friend" role.  If you can ignore the cuteness, they are also tasty.
